You will learn to create natural to dramatic looks, exploring your own creative identity. Designing and creating editorial looks and breakdown inspirations to complete a catwalk design as a Lead Makeup Artist would.

Previous makeup experience is essential for this advanced course. Students must have completed a Beginners Professional Makeup Artist Course and ideally the Seventa Makeup Academy Advanced Professional Makeup Artist Course to achieve their full potential in this creative makeup course.

Students will feel confident on completion of this course to pursue a career to work independently as a freelancer in the specialised areas of Photographic and Editorial Makeup or the fast-paced world of Fashion.

All students are required to apply for enrollment on all courses. Completing an enrollment application does not guarantee a place on a course but allows us to determine your suitability for the course you are wanting to enrol in.

This can be completed either independently or completed together with a Student Development Advisor, either in person or by phone.

If Seventa Makeup Academy accepts your enrollment application you will then be advised what next steps are required to complete your enrollment and secure your place on an upcoming course. Eg. Payments, Finance Applications, etc.

Once your enrollment is completed you will be sent a Student Enrolment Letter that contains all the details of your course, including dates, times, location and anything else you will need to know to prepare for your course.


Our cancellation policy applies to all courses. Once paid your course will be confirmed and no refunds can be issued. A change of dates may be requested by you by you with 4 weeks (Professional Courses) or more notice.

For courses where only a deposit (20% of the course fee) has been paid and you cancel (not change dates), the deposit is forfeited and is non-refundable.

Placement on a course or courses is subject to availability and we have the right to cancel or make changes to course dates without notice.

Most courses (refer to individual course pages) require a minimum of 2 students to be enrolled or the course may be rescheduled. Alternatively, students have the option to upgrade their course to a 1 to 1 Personalised Course (where available), with direct 1 to 1 attention with the tutor to proceed with the scheduled course dates.
