James made enquiries about TEN IMAGE and Cazcarra London when the brand first launched to the UK market.

James stated on that very first occasion that he was extremely impressed with our attention to detail for individual customers and the whole Customer Service experience.

James has since been a regular user of TEN IMAGE Professional Cosmetics and instantly started telling all his friends and contacts about the brand and the company behind it Cazcarra London.

Throughout the year we have received large numbers of enquiries about our brand with so many of them saying they heard about the brand through James.

James’s enthusiasm for our brand has resulted in us forming a small working relationship with James.

James tells us that he is very excited about the future for TEN IMAGE and Cazcarra London and is keen to be involved in every project we undertake.

We are very pleased with the support that James has provided us in the past year so we are proud to name James as being our Brand Ambassador for 2011.
